CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest will pay a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total booking cost to reserve the property if the reservation is more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date. In the event that the guest cancels outside of 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the guest will forfeit the 1/3 deposit, but not be required to pay the remaining 2/3 final payment for the full reservation cost. The guest will be charged a final payment equal to 2/3 of the total booking cost on the 30th day prior to their stay. In the event that the guest cancels inside the cancellation window of 30 days prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit the entire reservation balance. If the guest reserves the property within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the entire reservation balance will be due, and will be non-refundable, at the time of booking. In the case of a SkyRun cancellation, through no fault of the guest, the guest may be entitled to a refund of lodging for the unused nights less certain booking costs. SkyRun's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the unused nights in the event of cancellation.

As you drive into this 37-acre farm, you will quickly relax at the beautiful scenery all around. Upon entry, you are welcomed by a homey-feeling living room with a smart tv, comfy couches that pull out to be a twin bed, and multi-use desk for work, playing games, or catching up with friends. To the right you will see the lower-level bedroom with queen bed. Head down the hall to the laundry room with full washer and dryer and lower-level bathroom. At the end of the hallway, you will find a bonus mini kitchen. As you venture further, go upstairs and to the left you'll find the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. Off of the 2nd bedroom is a covered, screened porch where you can take in the beautiful evening sunsets. To the right you'll find the spacious kitchen with every amenity you will need including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and many other appliances. Sit down at the dining table to catch up with friends or a play a game. Down the hallway and to the left you will find the up-stairs bathroom. At the end of the hall you will find the master bedroom with great views of Mount Sneffels and wilderness scenery. The home also has a two-car garage for a guest vehicle and storage. Sit and enjoy the patio in back. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a fire pit.
