As you pull into the driveway, you will be enchanted by the unique architecture of this historic home with hedges surrounding the front yard and a beautiful, covered patio space with comfy furniture to enjoy your evenings visiting with friends. Walk into this comfortable and spacious historic home in the heart of Fruita! Family and friends will relax as they spend time together on the private backyard patio or in the open dining/living room area. As you enter through the back door, you will find an updated kitchen with all the amenities you will need including a special coffee bar station. Off of the kitchen is a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Through the kitchen you enter the formal dining room with plenty of space for family and friends to dine and enjoy each other's company. The spacious living room is at the front of the home that looks out at the nicely groomed lawn and hedges. The master bedroom with a king bed is located off of the living room and has a private half bath. Upstairs you will find three unique bedrooms, one with a private balcony to look at the Book cliffs and Colorado National Monument. You will also find a full bathroom at the top of the stairs.
